Excerpt from upcoming book “Harsh Realities”

…It’s mind-blowing when you notice how bold and. ruthless reality is when it comes to our feelings. You can run but you can never hide from it. I promise I won't beat you over the head with stories and experiences that suck. I need to make sure I provide the proper context for this life-changing mindset I’d like to impart to you all. Yes, if you dream it, you can put yourself in a position to achieve it (where we were in False Realities). But you must be aware that the pursuit of the journey comes with undeniable experiences that leave you jaded and disconnected (where we’re going in Harsh Realities). What I think I should do now, is to take some of the pressure off you and put it on me. I’ll try to make this learning experience as digestible as possible because we all know how uncomfortable it can be to have someone tell you about the horrors behind the curtain. I also realize we don't live the same life, but similar lives. I believe we all can learn from each other. And because I love you all, and want the best for you, I’ll be the one ripping off the band-aid here so we all can dissect some cuts, see how they’ve healed, and poke a few scars. All for the greater good right!?…
